Wishbone specialises in a personalised and dedicated approach to high quality construction. The team behind Wishbone have worked collaboratively with private clients and Architects across London and Surrey for over 20 years.

We work with longstanding and trusted partners to ensure that we deliver our projects beyond expectation where possible and to exacting standards. We specialise in residential construction including refurbishments, extensions, basements and new build homes.

THE TEAM

Wishbone have developed our Management and Sites Team carefully over several years. The Site Management Team are qualified, experienced and technical in their approach. We have have a combined 100 years of London residential experience within the Management Team.

The founders of Wishbone have operated within Prime London and Surrey for over 20 years. We have built longstanding and trusted relationships with specialist trades who work in sync with our inhouse teams.

Our infrastructure and experience ensures that every project is delivered with a carefully designed team who are best suited to that project alone.

The quality of our Project Management team are at the heart of our successful delivery. We work hard within the team to develop strong and trusting relationships with our private clients and Architects, so that our business continues to grow by word of mouth.

WHAT WE DO

Wishbone offers a personalised and effective approach to high quality construction. Our systems and procedures have been designed carefully to ensure our clients are well protected, mitigating risk wherever possible.

We will coordinate with designers provided by our clients or suggest any of our panel designers that are most suited to the project.

Wishbone specialises in refurbishments, extensions, basements and new build projects across London and Surrey, typically from £150k to £2m.

We understand the need for very effective Project Management. The team are analytical, technical and driven by a carefully curated and updated programme individual to every site. We fully understand the importance of the detail within our schemes designs and allocate the necessary time to this detail.

Our team have a successful track record working with high profile and international clients. Our clients range from prime London Interior Designers, to central London Estates and busy home owners in London.

The team behind Wishbone has worked with London’s most established agents such as Knight Frank, Savills and JLL. We work with established Interior Designers including Cocovara and several Prime Estates including Beauchamp Estate, Belgravia’s Brahm Estate & Ilchester Estates. The list continues to grow.

HOW WE DO IT

Every Wishbone scheme is led by an experienced Project Manager who is articulate, professional and experienced in presenting scheme schedules, budgets and variations in design options.

Our scheme project managers work closely with our site mangers who oversee the day to day running of each Wishbone site. Our Site Managers are all well versed and experienced in successful scheme completion.

We run a very focused programme of site meetings to ensure team and client synchronisation throughout each scheme.

Experience, efficiency in workflow and a high level of clear communication is at the centre of our successful scheme completion.
