Russell Gibson has been developing single and multi unit sites for 25 years.  He established a coast brand known as Lyndon Living which developed circa £10m GDV of high specification multi unit house and flat developments  between 2005-2010.  Russell has also established his understanding of the markets as a residential lending consultant and landlord which provides a strong backdrop  for commercial decision making .  More recently he has been focusing on the design and build venture Wishbone Build Ltd which has doubled turnover every year since launch.
