Equity Loan

Investor provides equity which is secured on property at a pre agreed annual  interest rate eg 7-10%

Joint Venture

Investor enters into joint venture, provides equity for a scheme and receives a significant slice of scheme profit eg 50%.  Typical ROC in this scenario would be 30%
